So incredibly good, you will want more and more of it. Originally it started out as a fruit cake, then with a Jamaican infusion it got elevated to new heights. Fruits soaked in rum and blended well with a variety of secret spices, it is light and moist and definitely will be the talk of the table during the holidays. It is the best by itself, but you may serve it with ice cream as well. When I have a slice I like to heat it up for a few seconds. And remember you are helping a good cause.  5% of the proceeds are donated to help Cancer Patients.
